Welcome to this beautiful and modern waterfront luxury home, located next to IMG academy.
Enjoy the astounding view and the many amenities this home has to offer (no direct beach access).
This elegant home has over 4,000 sqft of living space and was recently impeccably refurnished, featuring an entertainment room, and a heated pool.
It has a luminous and spacious floorplan and can accommodate up to 12 people with its 6 bedrooms (three king sized beds, two queen sized beds and one twin over full bunk bed).
As you enter the home, you have a split staircase to either goes down to the ground floor, or up to the first floor.
Walking up the stairs, you enter the large living and dining area and notice the many windows and sliding doors, allowing access to the back patio with a view of the pool as well as the incredible Sarasota-Bay view and an unobstructed stunning view of the Ringling Bridge, which is colorfully illuminated at night.
The living room has a large comfortable couch, with two coffee tables and a 85 inch smart Tv with sound system.
The dining table can comfortably seat 8-10 people.
To your left is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dish washer, coffee machine & Nespresso machine, cookware and eating utensils.
There is also a separate family room featuring a round table that comfortably seats four, and has access to the front patio.
The master bedroom it's King sized bed is located on the first floor, has a smart Tv, an en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower as well as a generous walk-in closet.
Three of the guest bedrooms are located on the same floor, all rooms have generously sized windows that allow for a lot of light to enter, as well as to enjoy the view. Two of those bedrooms have king beds, the other has a twin over a full bunk bed.
The second bathroom is located in a hallway between two guest bedrooms and features a large shower.
There is also a small stacking washer & dryer in that same hallway.
On the ground floor, you will find the fifth and sixth bedrooms with queen sized beds and the third bathroom that has a shower, an entertainment room with a ping-pong table, a pool table, a dart board, and a L shaped couch and smart Tv. One of those bedrooms has a Peloton bike and weights.
There is also full-sized laundry room, with a washer & dryer, a laundry sink, and a large fridge, from which you can access the two-car garage from.
From the ground floor you have easy access to the heated pool, which is just a few feet from the water and is surrounded by plenty of space to lounge, for entertaining or to enjoy the sunset. The outdoor space consists of a 100 ft seawall.
For those traveling with young ones, you can find in the garage two Pack and Plays, a high chair, a potty chair and arm floaties for the pool as well as toys and children's books for your kids' enjoyment!
There are 6 beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, coolers and other fun amenities for the beach and pool!
The closest beach is a 15 min drive (Bradenton/Coquina beach).
There is also Lido beach (25 min) or Siesta beach (35 min).
Your home is conveniently located near IMG Academy in just a 5 min drive, The Ringling is a 15 min drive, Van Wezel is a 20 min drive, Downtown Sarasota and Marina Jacks are 25 min drive away, Anna Maria Island is a 20 min drive, Longboat Key and Lido Key are a 25-30 min drive. Downtown Bradenton and the Manatee River are just 20 min away.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

We had a great time with the family. The house is beautiful! Clara is very nice.
The house was beautiful, itwas so nice to have our own private pool, and the beaches were only about a 15 minute drive! Grocery stores were also about a 15 minute drive. Clara was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, we had a great time!

Our Stay at Clara’s place was great. The home is as described and located in a nice neighborhood. Clara responded to any concerns we had and answered our questions.

We spent a weekend at this house and loved how spacious it was. The view was spectacular. Great space for hosting extended family if they are in town. We took advantage of the nearby beaches of course, but also spent one day just hanging at the house….pool, Kayaks, my husband even fished from the backyard. We would definitely book again.
Clara was a great host, was very responsive and helpful. The view was epic, and the home was exactly as the photos looked. We were thrilled with our experience and would certainly love to return!
The house was absolutely perfect for our family’s needs. The great room served as an amazing central hangout for everyone. The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The view and outdoor space was fabulous.
Our stay at the property was cut short due to an electrical issue. While having to move properties mid-trip is less than ideal (esp with infants and small children in tow), the owner of the home, Jeff, was a gentleman. He took the time to come to the house while we packed up and even lent us their pack and plays for our babies to use at our next stay. This generosity meant a lot as we worked to find somewhere new that could handle the needs of our group on a moment’s notice.
The hosts had electricians on site quickly after we identified the issue, and to my knowledge, everything was resolved shortly after we departed.
We would have loved to stay at the property for our whole trip, but appreciated the generous gestures from Jeff when things shook out differently.
House was great! Nice furniture and decor. Lots of extras like nice fuzzy blankets, beach accessories. Beds and bedding were nice.

Unfortunately, the previous guess was not so kind to the property. Clara was extremely helpful and welcoming with all our needs and questions. If not for the location, I'd book with them for the services alone.
The beginning of our stay was a little rough due to the conditions the previous occupants left the house in. The remainder of our vacation was wonderful. This beautiful home provided the needed space for our large family, including grandparents. It was clean and well maintained. Our 5 children were never bored. They had the pool, kayaks and other activities to choose from outside. Inside they had ping pong, darts and the pool table to keep them entertained.
This was the perfect spot for our big family vacation. Close to groceries, shopping, quick drive to the beach, and lots of restaurants. Super clean, family friendly, private pool, waterfront view, tons of amenities. Extremely comfortable beds the whole family raved about!! We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures we're accurate, the place was amazing. Highly recommend.
The house is wonderfull, better than posted in pictures, really beautifull and modern, comfortable beds, good showers, good internet, huge tvs, beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, cooler, everything outstanding and clean. Hosts were very nice to leave us welcoming gifts and kitchen full of basic staples. Very comfortable for a large group, I only missed one more bathroom for the size of the house and 5 bedrooms. I totally recommend!!

Was a beautiful spot for our family reunion celebration. With the late 20 and early 30's young men, there was so much to do right at the home. Pool table, ping pong, darts, corn hole, kayaks. Grill for cooking and the pool, fire pit, with the fire wood and starter! The large outdoor table and chairs by the pool were great. We loved it all! Will tell others about this rental. Clean, all supplies for showering and cleaning up!

15 minutes to beaches
What a find! A beautiful view, beautiful neighborhood, and beautiful house. Checking in was easy and Clara was communicative and a huge help. The house has tons to do (games, a gym, a pool, etc) that we didn't get to enjoy due to our commitments and we hope to be back to do so, as it was the perfect getaway!
Great stay, beautiful home with the newest appliances. Each room was decorated so nice! Highly recommend this home, for work trips or family getaways.
We loved this house and felt very relaxed during our stay. The bedrooms are all very nice and it is wonderful to be right on the water. The birds and fish that you can see while gazing out a window are simply amazing.
