Morgane ORQUERA

Executive Partner

I left France in 2007 to study at the University of Virginia. After completing my bachelor in the McIntire School of Commerce, I joined the family real estate business. I have 8 years of experience in annual property management and accounting, and 6 years of experience in seasonal rentals. Greg Orquera and I created the seasonal rental service of Orquera Florida Investments. I’m here to assist you for any property management, seasonal rentals or accounting related questions.

Gregory ORQUERA

Broker Owner

I left France for Sarasota in 2002, mainly to study and train golf at IMG Bollettieri Academy. I have been an avid golfer for over 15 years with 3 handicap; Fluent in French and English, I became a specialist in the real estate market in Sarasota, not only in sales but also in property management. My team has sold and now manages 150 properties in Sarasota/ Bradenton, for our clients, annual and seasonal rentals included.

Amanda BOWE

Property Manager

After several trips to Florida, I made the decision to move from California to Sarasota. In California I worked for over 16 years in the health care industry but I’ve always had an interest in real estate. As property manager at Orquera Florida Investments I am able to combine my desire to help people with my real estate interest. I serve as the liaison between property owners and tenants. Outside of work I love exploring the beautiful Sarasota and surrounding areas, spending time with my family, traveling and working on home improvement projects.

Clara ARNAULT

Rentals Specialist

I moved to the US many years ago. Like most of my French compatriots, I started with New York for 6 years then moved to Miami for 18 years. I also spent a few years in Montana where I worked for a property management agency specialized in vacation rentals on a Ski Resort. I started my collaboration with the team Orquera Florida Investments over a year ago and I work mostly with short term vacation rentals. I’m also the connection between our French clients and my American colleagues for the management of their rental properties in Sarasota.

Ayalah SILVA

Financial and Administrative Assistant

I graduated from the European School of Munich, Germany, with a European Baccalaureate. As a result of my international upbringing and education, I am fluent in English, French, German, and Hebrew. In addition, I have a good command of Spanish and Portuguese. My professional background includes the hospitality industry, where I have experience in both restaurant management and event-venue ownership. Most recently, before joining Orquera Florida Investments as their French speaking Administrative Assistant, I was in the Aesthetics field as an esthetician. Outside of work I spend time with my son, enjoying the many beautiful local attractions. I look forward to assisting you!

Hi, I’m Bettina !

I moved to Sarasota 3 years ago after falling in love with the City.

After working in French restaurants, I got the opportunity to meet Orquera Florida Investments and made the decision to go back to my previous work field as an Assistant (property) Manager.

Kendall ROOD

Administrative Assistant

Originally from northeastern Pennsylvania – I received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Clayton State University in Atlanta, Georgia. My career spans roles in Administrative Management, Higher Education, and the Health and Fitness industry as a Personal Trainer. Now based in Sarasota, I focus on administrative operations for Orquera’s seasonal rentals; and have fully embraced trading in my snow shovel for long walks on the beach with my puppy and boyfriend!

Manon BOURGEOIS

Marketing

Born in the South of France, I have completed my one year internship in Sarasota with Orquera Florida Investments. I am now working on the communication and marketing part. I’m in charge of social networks, website and emailings management as well as the creation of communication supports.

Nadia VIZZA

My name is Nadia Vizza, I am French and I have been living in Sarasota for over 20 years. Specialist on the West Coast of Florida in residential and commercial sales in the Sarasota and Port-Charlotte market, I will be on the ground to take care of the search for investor products, long term rentals as well as investment in seasonal rentals.

I am a real estate professional for 30 years and specialized in rental investment. My ancillary activities are Golf, (12 handicap) swimming, travel and of course the search for real estate products for my clients investors, some of whom trust me for more than 20 years now.

I am at your disposal to bring you all my experience in the realization of your investment project, as modest as it is, because it is always the first step the most difficult.
