As you enter this lovely condo, the hallway on the right-hand side will lead you to the comfortable living room and an open-floorplan kitchen.
It features a white couch, a dining table that comfortably seats 4, a flat screen smart TV and large sliding doors to access the terrace with its lounge chair and outdoor furniture.
The living room windows have motorized shades for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a microwave and everything to cook from home. There's also additional seating at the bar.
The master bedroom is very luminous with 2 windows, it features a king size bed, night stands, lamps, beautiful decor and a nice walk-in closet. The ensuite master bathroom features a large shower, a sink and a toilet.
The 2nd bedroom includes a king size bed, a TV, night stands, lamps, a closet and a door to access the side terrace where a lounge chair is waiting for you :).
The second bathroom includes a tub, sink and toilet.
The laundry room features a brand-new washer and dryer.
Corner units are hard to find at the Strand! There are 2 terraces to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather all year long, the view of the pool and a small view of the bay.
The Strand offers many advantages: a communal heated pool, a spa, BBQ grills, a gym and a kayak launch. It's the perfect location to combine luxury living near downtown Sarasota.
You can walk along the canal and enjoy the beautiful views of the water!
Kayaks are available to use upon request and availability.
It’s the perfect location! Downtown Sarasota is a 5min drive away, Lido Beach is a 15 min drive away, Siesta Key Beach is a 25 min drive.

About SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of the policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue.
The homeowner suffers from severe allergies and uses this home as the primary living space when not hosting guests.
As such, if you travel with a service animal, we respectfully request not to reserve this home as we need to guarantee the health of our homeowners.
RULES:

**AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running**
** Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Residence is located on the canal without a fence. Supervise children at all times **

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The location is great - easily accessible to downtown, St. Armand’s Circle, and the beaches. The pool and amenities are very nice - and sunsets from the balcony are beautiful. We absolutely hope to return!

"Loved the condo"
We had a great time and loved the condo. Everything was as advertised. It was safe, quiet and had high quality furnishings in the condo. The gym and pool were wonderful. We are already planning a return visit in 2024.
"Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage"
Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Die Küche mit allem was man braucht und darüber hinaus ausgestattet. Reservierter Parkplatz im Schatten. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. In 3 Minuten ist man in Downtown mit Supermarkt. In ca 20 Minuten erreicht man die Mall und weitere Shoppingmöglichkeiten, in 10 Minuten ist man am Lido Beach. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und ich kann diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The condo is excellent very clean, modern and spacious. Owners are very responsive and we had a great time. Site is very secure location is close to downtown Sarasota and beaches. Only downside is some of the surrounding area is not the greatest.

Overall the property was everything as described. The security measures are tolerable but necessary. Our one concern was not having television access to local news channels and we don’t have streaming, therefore no television. We did enjoy are vacation and relaxation at the facility.

"Beautiful, immaculate condo"
This condo is beautiful, spacious, bright and airy and super clean! The complex is new and has lots of amenities. Check-in was easy and the property manager was easy to communicate with. Loved it!
