Welcome to the Strand, luxury waterfront living with an outdoor communal pool, fitness center, and a short drive from downtown Sarasota!
This fully furnished waterfront condo is located on the fifth floor of “The Strand” and spans over 1359 sq ft, with a generous 149 sq ft patio overlooking a beautiful pool.
This gated community offers a heated communal pool, a gym, 2x barbeques, a dog run and a kayak launch.
We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
★Living Area:
The living area has a sofa, arm chair, coffee table and a flat screen Smart Tv for streaming (for your own login credentials.) There is no cable Tv yet a Roku is provided to access live TV channels.
The living room windows have motorized shades for your convenience.
★Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, and a drip-coffee maker.
It has four bar stools to enjoy the breakfast bar.
A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.
★Dining:
The dining table can comfortably seat 4 guests.
★Bedrooms:
The condo offers 2 spacious bedrooms:
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, two nightstands with lighting, and a walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, night stands with lighting, a closet, and a door to access the side terrace.
Bedding & linens are included.
★Bathrooms:
The ensuite master bathroom features a large shower, a sink and a toilet
The second bathroom includes a tub, sink and toilet.
Towels, a blow dryer, and essential soap products are included.
★Patio:
The patio can be accessed through the large sliding doors and can comfortably host up to 6 people.
It includes two chairs and a small table.
It is the perfect location to enjoy the sunsets.
★Laundry:
The laundry room features a brand-new washer and dryer.
Basic detergents are supplied to start you off.
★Parking:
You have one reserved spot inside the parking garage.
Plenty of uncovered guest parking available on a first-come first-serve basis.
★Miscellaneous:
Self check-in starting 4 pm & self check-out by 10 am.
Secure community with MyEnvera gate system.
Car charging stations available.
If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our Orquera Florida Investment office - Sarasota downtown.
★Location:
Downtown Sarasota – 5-10 min drive
Lido Beach - 15 min drive
Siesta Key Beach - 25 min drive
Wicked Cantina Mexican Restaurant & Subway within walking distance.
New Bay Park – 5 min drive/10 min walk
★Important Notes & Rules:
An HOA application is required. The $150 application fee is included in the booking fee. (The fee amount is subject to change and non-refundable)
No parties and non-smoking.
No pets, no exceptions.
AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
Residence is located on the canal without a fence. Supervise children at all times.
If you require elevator assistance: Elevators may be temporarily disabled during severe weather. In such instances, stairwells are available in the building.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

We enjoyed our stay at Clara’s place. It was beautiful, spotless, and the kids loved the pool. Also, the location is hard to beat and it offered nice views with large windows. I’d recommend this place to any family looking to stay in Sarasota.

I brought my 11 year old daughter to IMG Academy basketball camp for a week. We couldn’t have selected a better place / location than Clara’s wonderful condo at Strand. Perfect location. Perfect set up for us. Everything so easy to access and instructions to follow. Couldn’t have been more comfortable. Truly felt like home. The beach at Lido Beach was such a pleasant surprise. We were able to take advantage of it before the camp started. Found it to be a treasure trove of shells and sand dollars. The public beach just past St Armand’s Circle was none like we have ever seen with such beauty, spacious, unpopulated and the water was just silky smooth to the body. We had so much fun. Plus, the restaurants and shops within a stone’s throw. Still can’t believe this paradise exists. Where we frequent at 30-A, Ft Walton and Sandestin area. There is nothing to compare. While these places are gorgeous. It doesn’t offer others to enjoy them due to the barriers of these places.

The condo is immaculate, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you might need. It was easy to feel right at home!
The location is great - easily accessible to downtown, St. Armand’s Circle, and the beaches. The pool and amenities are very nice - and sunsets from the balcony are beautiful. We absolutely hope to return!

We had a great time and loved the condo. Everything was as advertised. It was safe, quiet and had high quality furnishings in the condo. The gym and pool were wonderful. We are already planning a return visit in 2024.
Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Die Küche mit allem was man braucht und darüber hinaus ausgestattet. Reservierter Parkplatz im Schatten. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. In 3 Minuten ist man in Downtown mit Supermarkt. In ca 20 Minuten erreicht man die Mall und weitere Shoppingmöglichkeiten, in 10 Minuten ist man am Lido Beach. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und ich kann diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
The condo is excellent very clean, modern and spacious. Owners are very responsive and we had a great time. Site is very secure location is close to downtown Sarasota and beaches. Only downside is some of the surrounding area is not the greatest.
Overall the property was everything as described. The security measures are tolerable but necessary. Our one concern was not having television access to local news channels and we don’t have streaming, therefore no television. We did enjoy are vacation and relaxation at the facility.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, bright and airy and super clean! The complex is new and has lots of amenities. Check-in was easy and the property manager was easy to communicate with. Loved it!
