Longboat Key is also famous for its luxury resorts and Golf courses. Many restaurants and activities are available throughout the island (a car is recommended).
HOUSE RULES:
**HOA Approval - No Fees - 10 business days prior to your arrival + within 24h of arrival, renters must present photo ID, copy of rental contract, car information including license plate number + signed HVC's Rules and Regulations **
** Parking: Plenty of guest parking spots. No commercial trucks, motor homes, trailers or boats.**
**NOT A PARTY house, please be mindful of residents**
** NO PETS, per the HOA rules (no exception)**
**NON SMOKING, not allowed on the balcony or in the community either**
AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F

Situated on the renowned Longboat Key, this condo offers a stunning 180-degree view of Sarasota Bay. Nestled on Dream Island Rd, this beautiful 1,293 sq ft condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is conveniently located on the 2nd floor with elevator access.
Set in the tranquil Harbor Villa Club community, residents can enjoy numerous amenities including a large heated communal pool overlooking the water, a spa, and tennis courts.
Public beach access is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away!
We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
★Living Area:
The living room features a comfortable couch, two armchairs, and large windows fitted with screens and curtains. Additional furnishings include a coffee table and a smart TV for streaming and a Roku for live channels (news, sports, weather).
★Kitchen:
The open-plan kitchen boasts white cabinets and is fully equipped with a microwave, oven & stovetop, dishwasher, modern refrigerator, and a washer and dryer tucked away in a cabinet.
A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.
★Dining:
The kitchen overlooks the dining area, which features a glass dining table for six.
★Bedrooms:
The beautiful master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, two nightstands, and access to the balcony.
The second bedroom, located near the entrance, includes a queen-size bed.
Bedding & linens are included.
★Bathrooms:
The master bathroom is equipped with a large mirror, sinks, a closet, a walk-in shower (with a small step), and a toilet.
The second bathroom features a walk-in shower (with a small step), a toilet, and a sink.
Towels, a blow dryer and essential soap products are included.
★Balcony:
You can access the balcony through sliding doors, where you'll find a table with six comfortable seats. Relax and enjoy the unique view, complete with boats and wildlife.
★Community:
Harbor Villa Club is a quiet and sought-after community! You will love the wonderful amenities it offers, including:
- A large heated pool with a unique ocean view
- A spa for up to 10 people
- 4 tennis courts, with lighting for evening games
- BBQ grills
★Accessories:
- A cooler with wheels
- Beach towels

★Laundry:
Basic detergents are supplied to start you off.

If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our Orquera Florida Investment office - Sarasota downtown.

★Important Notes & Rules:
This rental requires approval from the Home Owners Association (HOA), which involves a tenant information sheet which needs to be received at least 10 days before arrival.

No commercial trucks, motor homes, trailers or boats.
Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
Residence is located on the water. Supervise children at all times.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Great stay on the always beautiful Longboat Key. This condo is in a great location. The until provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing week. Quiet complex. Beautiful view from the living room and balcony. Very clean and the host was great. Would stay here again!
We were looking for a place to relax and at the same time have fun with our family, this place exceded our expectations. Clean , quiet, and well located. I highly recommend for a family get away!! Absolutely loved it!!!
A lovely, extremely well equipped apartment in the most beautiful location. The view is stunning looking out over the bay. Everything from the pool through the grounds and the parking lot were kept in inculcate condition. A fabulous holiday destination.

The property was amazing with great views. The balcony was amazing overlooking the water and the pool was gorgeous and heated. It was great having all the boats docked around the property and great bird watching. Had a fabulous time.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The condo and facilities were perfect, and the property manager was very accommodating. We loved every minute of our vacation, extremely peaceful and relaxing.
My husband and I spent a wonderful, relaxing 2 weeks in this very comfortable and attractive condominium. We particuarly enjoyed the spectacular view across the bay from the spacious balcony, and spent many hours out there eating, reading and watching the passing boats (and occasionally seeing dolphins and manatees).
The complex Harbor Villa is very well-kept and peaceful. The pool in particular is wonderful, with a marvelous view of the bay. We also appreciated the BBQ grills. The condo was very stylish, comfortable and in impeccable condition and has been recently modernized. We particuarly appreciated how well equipped it was with chairs, umbrella, beach towels and noodles for the beach/pool as well as being very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and Clara was very accomodating. We had no problems whatsoever with the condo.
We look forward to our next trip!

Absolutely beautiful! I had an amazing stay. Serene and peaceful is what I really needed. It was so relaxing taking a dip in the pool or sitting and having wine on the beautiful lanai with this gorgeous view of the bay and the dock. Very clean and comfortable. I was sad to leave. Our family spent a week at this beautiful condo. Since the second bedroom only has one bed, my kids took turns to sleep on the sofa, so I guess 2 beds in the second room would have worked better for us, but they didn't mind. I'd say that the best part about the place is the awesome balcony, where we spent a lot of time having meals and enjoying the view. It is also decorated very nicely and for the most part seems to have been updated fairly recently. The location of the condo is great, especially if you have a boat, since you can dock it right there. That's what we did and we explored the area every day and had lots of fun. The restaurants on Longboat Key are great and there is always a lot to do, either by land or by boat. One thing that needs to be corrected in the amenities offered is that the kayaks are not for renters to use, they are privately owned. I had read that there were 24 kayaks on the property and therefor did not bring mine and it turned out that they all were locked and couldn't be used. I am sure that there are kayaks and paddle boards available to rent nearby, I just didn't do it. The bay is a great place to explore, so kayaks are worth having available. The walk to the public beach is a little over a half mile, so be prepared because you can't carry too much with you. The beach is beautiful though, and we had a great time enjoying the beautiful sunsets. This is a great place to relax, enjoy great views and and have fun in the water. I would love to stay at this location again.
