This vast and beautiful house on the canal w/ heated pool (salt water pool) is 3,824 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Located Primrose Path on the famous Siesta Key, it's 13 min walk away to the beach with its white sand and clear waters!
All new furniture and furnishings, inside and outside, including all new Sealy mattresses!
You will feel right at home when you enter this house! On the right hand side of the 1st floor you can find the kitchen, 1st living room and dining room. it's luminous with large sliding windows that lead to the lanai and then the pool. The living room is cosy with a L shaped couch and TV, and the table dining can seat 8 guests.The lanai features outdoor furniture where you can relax en enjoy the Floridian weather.
The reconfigured kitchen has new custom cabinets, quartz counter top, an island with a bar area with 4 stools, and all new appliances (including oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, large fridge).
On the left hand side you have another living room with a large couch, a TV, and a pool table that you can enjoy. 4 guests can sleep in pull-out couches.
The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The large bedroom features a king size bed, and large sliding doors that lead to the balcony with a great view on the pool and canal.
The master bathroom includes 2 sinks, a tub and large walk-in shower.
The other 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms are on the 1st floor. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and bedroom 3 a queen.
The 4th bedroom has 2 bunk/trundle beds, side by side, that can sleep up to 8 guests. Top bunk beds are twin size, bottom bunk beds are full size and the 2 trundles are twin size.
You will love the paved outdoor area with the heated pool (salt water pool), jaccuzzi, gazebo with outdoor seating, fire pit and lounge chairs. The summer kitchen features a wood fired pizza oven and full cooktop.
13, 000lb boat lift could be used upon request.
You can park your car in the garage (doors are insulated and wind resistant). Washer/dryer located on the 1st floor next to the garage.
Siesta Key is one of the best places in Sarasota for a vacation. Siesta Key Beach was voted #1 Beach in the USA, and is only a 13 min walk from the house!
Siesta Key "village" is at an 8 min walk with many restaurants, bars, clubs, stores, ice creams... Everything you could need during your stay.
Many water activities are available as well!
Downtown Sarasota is a 12 min drive with more restaurants, stores, bars, an opera house, a theater, movie theater and more.
You can then access more islands such as Lido Key, St Armands Cir (with its famous restaurants, stores, bars and more), Longboat Key...
Other places to see in Sarasota and surrounding areas include the Selby Gardens, the Ringling Museum, the UTC mall, Myakka State River Park...

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

This is a wonderful home with all the amenities you could ask for. Great pool & hot tub, perfect location for walking to the village and beach. The host, Clara, was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Highly recommend this place and hope to return again.
