Situated with direct access to the pool area, this elegant bedroom features a queen-sized bed, Queen-sized sleeper sofa, a relaxing lounge area with water views, a private mini bar, ample closet space ,and a beautifully designed bathroom shared with the third bedroom.
3. Third Bedroom (Ground Level)
This inviting bedroom offers direct access to the pool area and features a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, and a convenient closet—thoughtfully designed with timeless comfort and effortless simplicity in mind.
All bedding and linens are provided for your convenience.

This home includes 2 full bathrooms and one half bath, all designed with guest comfort in mind.
1. Primary Ensuite (Upper Level) – Blends comfort and elegance! Offering a luxurious soaking tub, a spacious walk-in shower (with steamer!), dual sinks, a dedicated makeup vanity, and a private toilet area—creating a serene, spa-like retreat for daily indulgence.
2. Second Bathroom (Ground Level) –This well-appointed bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, a modern sink vanity, a comfortable sitting bench, and a toilet—offering guests a refreshing and convenient space throughout their stay. Please note that this bathroom is ensuite to the 2nd bedroom and is shared with the 3rd bedroom.
3. Half-Bath (Main Level) – Conveniently located just off the living room and kitchen, this guest bathroom offers easy access and everyday practicality.

★ Outdoor Living / Pool
The outdoor space is thoughtfully designed to showcase the natural beauty of Sarasota Bay. Relax by the heated pool (set to 86°F daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the gentle passing of boats. With multiple seating areas and a covered terrace, it’s the perfect setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not reach the targeted temperature. The pool is heated seasonally from November 1 through May 31.

Nestled on the north end of the Siesta Key bridge, this home offers a scenic setting while keeping you close to everything:
Turtle Beach: 22-minute drive

★Boat dock/Lift:
The boat dock accommodates vessels up to roughly 50' and the boat slip includes a 10,000-pound lift.
Boat lift fitting is at the tenant’s expense. If you plan to use the dock or lift during your stay, kindly contact us in advance.
★Kayak/Waverunner Lift:
This 2-unit lift can be used for kayaks or waverunners.
★Parking:
2 car garage and driveway parking for 4 additional cars.
★Miscellaneous:
Self check-in starting 4 pm & self check-out by 10 am.
Washer and Dryer in unit. (Located on the ground level)

★Important Notes & Rules:
- Must be 25+ to rent
- Long-term renters welcome!
- Pets Allowed, $150 pet fee!
- Use pool/hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
- Residence is located next to water, supervise children at all times.
- No parties and non-smoking.
- AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
