Charming 2/2 Villa in Village des Pins - 15 min from SIESTA KEY

Super nice accommodation for me and my family. A nice place when traveling with kids as the area was very quiet and family friendly. We enjoyed going to the pool and go for a walk around the neighborhood to see rabbits and squirrels 🙂

Beautiful villa! Meant all my expectations! Clean and beautiful pool and hot tub. Very safe community!

Overall good but, the unit has several minor needs. Shades are broken, dining area table is rickety and there seems to be a shortage of forks. All minor. The grounds are really pleasant.

We are frequent visitator's to the Sarasota area. Villages des Pins was centrally located to beach, cultural explorations and shopping. Accommodations were more than adequate. Rooms were spacious. Property manager was pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We look forward to return next year.

Property was immaculate upon entry. Modern furnishings and well stocked kitchen supplies. Overhead fans in living area and bedrooms much appreciated. Just a short walk to the pool. Nice closed in front entrance.

We enjoyed the house and the Village des Pins neighborhood. The house was light and bright. Comfortable sofas. Beautiful large-screen TV. The king sized bed was quite high. Our pool-loving friend said the community pool was the nicest she had experienced. It was enjoyable to have green space around the buildings. The correct wifi info was in the house book. It was handy to have a stoplight at the entrance to the neighborhood. Siesta Key was a short drive away. Use double spin for the washer. The dryer made a racket.

We had a very relaxing vacation in this quiet and peaceful location. It felt safe to walk around the allotment and we enjoyed the birds and other wildlife from the lanai. We would stay here again.

This villa was very quiet and private. The view of the surrounding area from the lanai was especially enjoyable.
It is just a short walk to the pool and to the outdoor grills.
The circle is a great place to get a walk in anytime, day or night. The neighborhood is quiet and has a very safe and friendly feel.
Clara went out of her way to help when called upon.

Outstanding place, weathered the tropical storm in good standing, glad the neighborhood didn't take a beating.

Nice property nice location

Stay is a great location. Perfect if you’re wanting to be close to the beach or great restaurants.

My wife and I, along with our two children loved our stay at this location. Great quiet community with quick access to local spots and beaches. Well kept and very welcoming. We would absolutely recommend and stay again.

The property is well kept, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and tennis courts are nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. It a is a perfect place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Our host, Clara, is a wonderful communicator and quick to respond. We will definitely book again!!

The place is clean and just as pictures showed. It has everything inside and it’s 15-20mins drive to the beach and groceries and shops are nearby. I love the patio for breakfast. Overall, we are happy with our stay. The check in process was not ideal, she didn’t tell us the codes to the house until the hour of the check in after I asked! And she didn’t let me check in until 3pm even though there’s nobody stayed at the house the day before. I ended up doing grocery and buying a blender and hairdryer before checking in, then realized the house already had both.

Lovely place! Clean and we had everything we needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood and pool, along with the extra supplies provided for going to the beach. Great location, convenient to shopping, beaches and sight-seeing.

La casa realmente impecable, espaciosa y con una vista increible, con todo lo necedario ñara una comoda estadia. Clara fue muy amable y siempre respondio mis consultas. La ubicacion hermosa y dentro de un condominio tranquilo y a 15 minutos en carro de las playas. La casa es mas linda incluso de lo que se ve en las fotos. Miy contenta y satisfecha con nuestra estadia.
