This property rents by calendar month only during high season, with check-in on the 1st. Guests may book one or more full calendar months.
★ Important Information:
HOA Application: Required at least 14 days before arrival. A $100 application fee is included in your booking (subject to change).
Community Rules: No pets, parties, or smoking.
Parking: Trucks, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles are not permitted to park overnight.
Property Guidelines: Set AC to 70°F or above, heat to 77°F or below. Keep windows and doors closed while using HVAC.
Access Note: Condo is on the second floor; stairs are required as there is no elevator.
