This is an elegant condo of 553 sq. ft. fully furnished and equipped with great taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota.
Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a patio, equipped kitchen and cozy living room with a beautiful view on the pond.
Enter the condo through the bedroom (ground floor unit, like a townhome) and you will have a nice view through the unit.

The Meadows Golf Course is now open to the public. Tee times are available for all golfers.

**CLUBHOUSE NOTICE: Please note that the community clubhouse is currently undergoing demolition and redevelopment.
Guests may occasionally see construction activity in the clubhouse area during their stay. The rental property itself remains fully available and unaffected, and all in-unit amenities are available for guest use. **

For those seeking additional recreational options, the prestigious Meadows Country Club offers a separate membership that includes an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har-Tru tennis courts, a lap pool, dining options, and a variety of social events.

**Please note that these memberships are not currently open to tenants. Alternatively, Bobby Jones Golf Course is conveniently located just 2 miles from the condo, offering easy access to a premier golfing experience!**

★Additional Info:
This rental is subject to Homeowners Association (HOA) approval, which may take up to one week.
Please note that the HOA application fee is not included in the booking total. For U.S. applicants, the fee is currently $50 for a single applicant, $65 for a married couple, and $96 for two unmarried co-applicants.

Fees for international applicants are higher. All amounts are subject to change.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.

Deposit Policy

We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable prior to your arrival and refundable after your departure if there is no damage, keys/fobs/remotes are all returned and check-out instructions are followed.
Payments accepted: cashier's check, credit card (+4% non refundable processing fee or +6% for foreign cards), bank transfer and cash.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Sarasota! It was perfect for me—quiet, clean, and had everything I needed to settle in right away. The view from the condo was beautiful, and I especially enjoyed the nearby walking trails, which were full of local wildlife and very peaceful.

The location was also super convenient—just an 8-minute drive to a shopping center with Target and lots of restaurants. The area felt very safe and well-kept.

Communication was excellent too—the host, property manager and owner were all very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and found the condo very clean and well stocked. Minor problems were promptly addressed by the manager and handily solved with over the top service including a visit with the postal service to solve a mailbox problem. We loved it!
