This lovely condo is fully furnished and well equipped, it is 428 sq. ft. and will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota!
It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a terrace, a kitchen and a cozy living room with a pool view.
Enter the condo directly into the luminous living room with large sliding windows that open to the paved patio.
It features a brown couch and an arm chair, a glass coffee table, lamps, and a smart TV.
The open-plan kitchen was recently renovated and features a fridge, stove, microwave, water kettle and cooking + eating utensils (there is no dishwasher and no oven).
The bar can seat 2 guests for meals or can be used as a work space.
The washer & dryer are located in a closet next to the kitchen.
The bedroom features a queen size bed, 2 night stands with lamps, a desk with a chair and a large window. The renovated en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the beautiful Floridian weather. There are 2 outdoor chairs for your convenience.
You can park your car on the designated parking for the residence (outdoor parking, no carport).
Enjoy a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities.
The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching.
Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee.
Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive.

** Additional info: This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires at least two weeks prior to arrival. The application fee of $150 is at the charge of the tenant ($150 per married couple, or $150 per guest.) and NOT included in the booking fee. The fee amount is subject to change

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Decent little apartment close to everything you’ll need for short or long term stays. Grocery stores, malls, highway, restaurants, and anything else you’ll need is within a 5 minute drive in either direction. Super quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. It is a bit small for two people, but we made it work. The only ‘con’ is the HOA application and approval process and cost. It takes time to fill it out (1 hour) and a few days to get a response so be prepared for that. Overall, our stay was great and we never needed to contact the host for anything once we checked in. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Sarasota with everything close by, consider this a great option.

Excellent location. The complex’s outside grounds and pool areas were well maintained. Wonderful walking paths nearby.
The size was a bit small but had everything we needed for our month stay. It was beautifully decorated and had updated appliances.
This rental may be small but it has everything that you need. Furnishings are updated and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are updated as well. While there is no oven, the microwave does convection cooking. I did try that but would have felt better if there was a manual to go by. The location is great - near UTC as well as Benderson Park. There are also trails to walk right outside the door. We chose this for the price and location and were very happy with it.
Although the place is small, it is cute and perfectly adequate for a single person or a couple. There is no dishwasher or oven, but you can get by just fine. The microwave oven’s convection mode actually works as well as an oven, although much smaller of course.
The other residents and travelers are all polite and friendly.
The Meadows is a beautiful walkable area with a plethora of spanish moss-laden oak trees.
The unit is conveniently close to the UTC mall and Lakewood Ranch.
