The Meadows Golf Course is now open to the public. Tee times are available for all golfers.
**CLUBHOUSE NOTICE: Please note that the community clubhouse is currently undergoing demolition and redevelopment.
Guests may occasionally see construction activity in the clubhouse area during their stay. The rental property itself remains fully available and unaffected, and all in-unit amenities are available for guest use. **
Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a patio, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a beautiful view of the surrounding vegetation, the pond, and the putting green.
Enter the condo (ground floor unit, like a townhome) and you will have a nice view through the unit.
★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
The first room is the bedroom with artful decoration, tile floors, 2 night stands and light. The queen sized bed is comfortable and the windows are surrounded by vegetation for a restful night of sleep.
★Living Area:
Follow the hallway to the luminous living room with a peaceful view of the vegetation, the trees, a small pond and the putting green in the back.
You will like the quaint decoration with vivid artwork, a comfortable couch, an armchair and TV.
★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen was fully renovated with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The bar can comfortably seat 2 guests.
★Bathroom:
The renovated bathroom features a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
★Laundry:
The washer and dryer are located in the entrance of the condo.
★Pool:
Residents and guests can enjoy the communal heated pool. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.
★Outdoor Space:
Open the sliding door to the patio with outdoor furniture and enjoy the view with the sunlight, peace and quiet.
★Parking:
You can park your car outside, there's a designated outdoor parking. (no carport)
★Amenities:
The Meadows community is known for its scenic trails, which are perfect for walking, biking, and bird watching. For those seeking additional recreational options, the prestigious Meadows Country Club offers a separate membership that includes an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har-Tru tennis courts, a lap pool, dining options, and a variety of social events.
**Please note that these memberships are not currently open to tenants. Alternatively, Bobby Jones Golf Course is conveniently located just 2 miles from the condo, offering easy access to a premier golfing experience!**Â

Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive.
★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!
★Additional Info:
This rental is subject to Homeowners Association (HOA) approval, which may take up to one week.
Please note that the HOA application fee is not included in the booking total. For U.S. applicants, the fee is currently $50 for a single applicant, $65 for a married couple, and $96 for two unmarried co-applicants.
Fees for international applicants are higher. All amounts are subject to change.
★Important Notes & Rules:
- No pets allowed per the HOA rules
- No trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules
- No parties, non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
