Enter the condo (ground floor unit, like a townhome) and you will have a nice view through the unit. The first room is the bedroom with a charming decoration, wooden floors, a chest of drawers, TV, night stands and light. the queen size bed is comfortable and the windows has surrounded by vegetation for a restful night of sleep.
Follow the hallway to the luminous living room with a unique view on the pond, putting green and trees. You will feel right at home with the beige couch, refined decoration and TV. Open the sliding door to the patio with outdoor furniture and enjoy the view with the sunlight, peace and quiet.
The open-plan kitchen has a modern design with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The bar can comfortably seat 2 guests. Washer and dryer are located in the entrance of the condo.
The renovated bathroom features a large shower, sink and toilet.
You can park your car outside, there's a designated outdoor parking. (no carport)
Enjoy the large communal pool next to your residence. the Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching. it has beautiful golf courses as well!
Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
