Enter the condo directly in the very luminous living room with large sliding windows that open to the paved patio. It features a large beige couch, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, lamps, and a smart TV. You will like the refined decoration and wooden floors.
The kitchen was fully renovated and features new stainless appliances and large counter tops. The brand-new kitchen features an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster (no dishwasher).
2 stools at the bar will allow you to enjoy your meals at the bar.
The bedroom features a queen size bed, 2 nights stands with lamps, a dressing room and a large luminous window. The renovated en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
You will find a washer and dryer in the building next to the unit. You will need quarters to use them.
The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the beautiful Floridian weather - with its outdoor table and 2 chairs, it will be perfect.
You can park your car on the designated parking for the residence (outdoor parking, no carport)

Additional info: This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires 7 to 10 days prior to arrival. The application fee of $100 is at the charge of the tenant ($100 per married couple, or $100 per guest.)
The common areas of the private residence features ice maker, laundry (the building next to the unit, quarters needed for washing/drying) and an outdoor communal swimming pool.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Overall I enjoyed staying here. I'm more upset with the Airbnb website and dealing with trying to find a place with a washer and dryer in the unit. I dealt with some plumbing issues but it was taken care of quickly. I would have enjoyed staying there more if I was on vacation but it was for work. Very cozy and decorated nicely!! The neighbors are great too!!
