Welcome to the Strand, luxury waterfront living with an outdoor communal pool, fitness center, and a short drive from downtown Sarasota!
This fully furnished third-floor waterfront condo is centrally located on the West side of “The Strand” and spreads over 896 sq ft, with a generous 120 sq ft patio overlooking the serene Whitaker Bayou.
This gated community offers a heated communal pool, a gym, 2x barbeques, a dog run and a kayak launch.
We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
★Living Area:
The living area has two comfortable couches, a coffee table and a smart Tv for streaming (with your own login credentials), there is no cable Tv.
One couch is a convertible sofa with a 54.5 in. x 84.5 in sleeping area.
★Kitchen:
The kitchen features brand new appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, drip-down coffee machine and a Nespresso machine.
It has four bar stools to enjoy the breakfast bar.
A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.
★Dining:
The dining table can comfortably seat 4 guests.
★Bedroom:
Located on the right-hand side upon entering the condo, it includes a Queen sized bed, a closet, dresser and two nightstands with lighting. Bedding & linens are included.
★Bathrooms:
The master bath is connected to the bedroom. It features a bathtub, sink and toilet.
The half bath is located down the hallway and features a sink and toilet.
Towels, a blow dryer and essential soap products are included.
Laundry machines also located in master bathroom.
★Patio:
The patio can be accessed through the large sliding doors and can comfortably host up to 6 people.
It includes two chairs, a small table and a barbeque.
It is the perfect location to enjoy the sunsets.
★Laundry:
The washing and dryer machines are located in the master bathroom.
Basic detergents are supplied to start you off.
★Parking:
You have one reserved spot inside the parking garage.
Plenty of uncovered guest parking available on a first-come first-serve basis.
★Miscellaneous:
Self check-in starting 4 pm & self check-out by 10 am.
Secure community with MyEnvera gate system.
Car charging stations available.
If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our Orquera Florida Investment office - Sarasota downtown.
★Location:
Downtown Sarasota – 5-10 min drive
Lido Beach - 15 min drive
Siesta Key Beach - 25 min drive
Wicked Cantina Mexican Restaurant & Subway within walking distance.
New Bay Park – 5 min drive/10 min walk
★Important Notes & Rules:
An HOA application and approval are required. The $150 application fee is included in the booking fee. (The fee amount is subject to change)
No parties and non-smoking.
No pets, no exceptions.
AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
Residence is located on the canal without a fence. Supervise children at all times.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

We loved staying at Clara’s place for an extended stay. The place is very clean, cozy, and has a well stocked kitchen. We found everything we needed there during the stay. The patio and pool were our favorite things to enjoy. The condo is within walking distance to downtown and also next to a park. We would highly recommend!

Clean, brand new condo. Everything you could need was supplied. The location is excellent - walking distance to downtown Sarasota. The view from the balcony was our favorite part. We could sit and watch the Pelicans all day! We also enjoyed the pool and gym and found other residents to be be friendly and helpful. Communication with Clara was excellent. She went above & beyond answering our questions including getting us EV charger info.
