Welcome to the Strand, luxury waterfront living with an outdoor communal pool, fitness center, and a short drive from downtown Sarasota!
This third floor condo of 896 sq. ft. is fully furnished with an ocean style decoration. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota with an exceptional water view!
It features 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, kitchen, and cosy living room with large sliding doors to the vast terrace. Enjoy beautiful sunsets!

The bedroom is on the right hand side as you enter the condo. It includes a king size bed with a cute blue and white decoration, a window, a closet, 2 nightstands. You will enjoy the beach house vibe.
The ensuite master bathroom features a sink, toilet and bath tub. There is your washer/dryer.
From the condo's hallway, you can access the half bathroom with a toilet and sink, perfect when you receive guests.
Next you will find the cosy living room and kitchen in tones of white, beige and blue. Large sliding windows make it luminous and you can enjoy the beautiful view on the water and the bay to your left (sunsets!)
It features 2 couches, a coffee table, and a Smart TV (for streaming). One couch is a convertible sofa with a sleeping area of 54.5 in. x 84.5 in.
There is a printer avaialble for you as well.
The dining table can comfortably seat 4 guests.
The kitchen features brand new appliances such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a Nespresso machine.
The kitchen island has 4 stools, perfect to enjoy meals as well.
The large terrace (119 sq ft) includes several chairs and small tables, as well as a barbeque, perfect to enjoy the warm Floridian weather, and beautiful sunsets!
The Strand offers many advantages: communal pool, spa and 2 bbq grills. It's the perfect location to combine luxury living and water views!
It’s the perfect location! Downtown Sarasota is a 5min drive away, Lido Beach is a 15 min drive away, Siesta Key Beach is a 25 min drive.

- An HOA application is required. The application fee of $150 is included in the booking fee. The fee amount is subject to change. -- 1 covered parking spot available + guest parking outdoor.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

"Amazing and beautifully stocked Condo"
This is definitely a high end condo and it shows in the finishes and attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking and dining needs. The condo also had plenty of beach towels, several beach bags and even a cooler pack for the beach or pool. Parking spot was conveniently located near the elevator. Easy access to all that downtown Sarasota has to offer and a short drive over the Causeway to St. Armands. Views of the marina from the balcony are beautiful both in the morning and after dark.

We typically stay in the Sarasota area for 4-6 weeks. Circumstances prevented that this year but somewhat last minute we squeezed in a week's stay. This condo was perfect - it was extremely clean, very nicely decorated, all the amenities we wanted and needed. The location was great for access downtown, St Armand's Circle, and the beach (though the red tide was early this year so we didn't spend a lot of time on the beach.) The pool, hot tub and workout room were terrific. The condo is extremely well stocked and has a lovely outdoor space overlooking the canal that presented a nice view. The entire property is very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out was easy! We will stay again!

The apartment was ideal for our needs. Since my husband and I arise at different times, it was convenient to have a separate room for the early riser.

Our one week stay went entirely too fast! Only negative was that the TV was streaming only. We figured out (on our own, there were no instructions on how to get network TV) how to subscribe to a service in order to watch the Super Bowl.
