To your right is the modern full-sized kitchen with all the necessary amenities (electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, etc) with a breakfast bar and two highchairs.
Down the hallway, through the kitchen, you enter the bedroom with its king-sized bed and en-suite renovated bathroom.
You will find plenty of storage, lighting and comfort.
You can enjoy your morning coffee or the sundown on the pattio, facing the beautiful golf course.
In very close proximity, you will find the heated communal pool as well as a washer and dryer in the building next door (quarters needed).
Designated parking is available for the residence (outdoor, no carport).

There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities.
The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching.
Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee.
Are you traveling with family or friends ? We manage a few other units in Bunker Oaks, and 1 on Longwater Chase, so your whole group can stay nearby.

This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires at least two weeks prior to arrival. The application fee of $150 is at the charge of the tenant ($150 per married couple, or $150 per guest.) The fee amount is subject to change.

**If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our downtown Sarasota office (Orquera Florida Investment) **
** No trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules**

** AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running**

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

This is a nice, small and private unit. Very quiet and clean. Location is great with lots of walking and cycling paths. Very close to two public golf courses and a club house restaurant that is nice. Short drive to most conveniences and not too far to the keys and beaches. A car is definitely needed.
The unit itself is small, but there is plenty of storage space. The sofa and bed were both very comfortable. The linens are ok. The smart tv is large & works well. We could stream our usual apps., but no cable. The kitchen is spacious, well laid out and the appliances (stove/over, fridge & dishwasher) all worked well. Lots of dishes and utensils, etc. We used the community griddle several times a week and liked it. It is fairly new! The patio area is spacious and somewhat private. Furniture could be updated but we enjoyed the space daily.
The pool is small, but nicely heated. There were several chairs etc by the pool. Clara was easy to communicate with & quick to respond.

Everything was lovely at Clara’s during my 5 week stay , a entry key pad that went on the fritz was replaced quickly which I was grateful for as I had several sacks of perishable groceries waiting to go in the refrigerator.
The only thing I was less then thrilled with was after booking I received an e mail stating I would need to pay an additional $100 for a background check to be conducted by the neighborhood association before I could occupy the property.
