Gorgeous Canalfront Home w/ Heated Pool • 5-Min Walk to Lido Beach • Boat Dock

We had an amazing stay! Great to walk to the beach and St Armands circle. Saw dolphins a couple times. Really enjoyed the pool and everything!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful Lido Key home so much so it will be our number one choice when we return to Florida. The remodel is superb, thank you so much for sharing it with us.

A week at this home felt like paradise. We'd stayed there 3 years ago and loved it - this time we were surprised to find a totally transformed interior, as the home had suffered flooding in the hurricane - everything was renovated with high quality contemporary furniture, fittings, everything. Wonderful bedding and kitchen. One of the best equipped homes we've ever encountered! The bikes, kayaks and paddle board are amazing - we enjoyed them immensely, with wildlife teaming in the canal and surrounding bays and mangrove tunnels every day. Lots of manatees, dolphins, needle fish, ibis', herons and more.

Everything was pristine clean and well organized. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and riding bikes around Lido Beach. Wonderful sunsets to watch!
The Columbia restaurant and the Dry Dock Grill were two of our favorites. The Aquarium and Bird Sanctuary were both close by, within a mile of the house.

We love the home, pool, and location. My only suggestion would be to provide newer towels for the bathrooms, pool and beach.

Very responsive and was able to accommodate an early check in after we had a change of flight. Great all around host and fantastic vacation.

This wonderful house provided ample of comfortable space for 5 adults and a 10-year old for an extended family visit in town. The location could not be better - wonderful water and wildlife (we saw both dolphins and manatees!) views from both inside and outside the house, easy walk to the beach for swimming and sunsets, and easy walk to St. Armand’s Circle for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely rent again for our next gathering.

MANY PROS: Great location, great kitchen, immaculately clean and very comfortable, the pool is nice, the hot tub is awesome, the dock has a nice bench to sit on and we watched dolphins swimming in the canal. Kayaks and beach cruiser bikes were a nice plus. The property manager is excellent — responsive, professional, and helpful, the same was true for the owners.

One small con: if you're planning on using the stereo pictured in the living room, it's not for guest use. There's probably good reason for this, but I wish I'd known in advance because I would have brought a portable speaker.

This property did not disappoint! Location was perfect within walking distance of Armand’s Circle and the beach. Enjoyed the kayaks that were available along with the bikes. The hostess was easily accessible when we had questions that needed to be answered. Highly recommend this property! We are already talking about a return visit.

This house was perfect for our family of six. Easy walk to St. Armand’s and the beach. The beach can be accessed at Lido Beach Resort public access, only a couple of blocks from the house. The kayaks were ideal as there is a nature preserve beyond the canal. The dock was perfect for our Tampa friends who visited for a short time with their boat. The only negative we found all week is we could not stream any of our accounts. We would have loved to be able to watch evening movies. Great house, great location, and beautiful houses surrounding! Thank you!

The Robinson family of 5 from East Texas stayed here for a week during our 13 yoa granddaughters spring break. Oh what a fun vacation we experienced! Thank you to the owners for sharing your home that’s located on Lido Key, Florida and in our eyes complete paradise. We enjoyed the provided kayaks and kayaked through the mangroves near the home. Our granddaughter reported at the end of our trip this was her favorite part of our vacation. Our very first morning we saw dolphins while drinking coffee on the dock. Day 3-5 we rented a boat enjoying boating and fishing in Sarasota Bay. The water was so beautiful, blue and clear. We were so surprised when a manatee swam by our boat. We enjoyed shopping at St Armand’s Circle which is just down from this home. Our beach days were spent on Lido Beach after a short bicycling trip there from this home. Our granddaughter found beautiful shells on the beach to add to her collection. This home was located in a very affluent and safe area of Florida, was so well appointed, and thoroughly met our needs. It was so sad to drive away at the end of our vacation. Until next year……

Thank you for our stay. We really loved Lido Key, and it was nice to be a block away from our families. This house is a gem, and the well-stocked kitchen and pantry made this stay one of our favorites as everything we needed was there. After staying in this rental, I have now decided to stock my personal rentals like this too! It makes it so easy to keep the home clean and tidy when owners the basic household essentials.

The house was everything we wanted. We rented a boat for a week and kept it on the dock. Perfect!

The house was perfectly located within easy walking distance to the beach and, with a little more effort, to St Armands Circle for dining and shopping.. We elected to cook in for most of the nights and the kitchen was as well stocked as any VRBO property that I've visited. We had a few minor issues, like us having to change our rental dates due to a medical situation, and then while we were there some roofing repair work, but the management company was great to work with to make sure we enjoyed our stay to the max. We drove over to Longboat Key and also Siesta Key, and came back convinced that we had made the best decision to stay in Lido Key, and in particular at this property. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to this area.

We really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities the property had to offer. Fully equipped with all your needs from the pool, bikes and kayaks for the bay in your back yard . A lost a very short 5 minute walk to the beach. One suggestion might be to have a beach cart at the house for wheeling stuff to the beach. Will definitely come back there in the future.

Great location and home was perfect for our stay.

Loved the house, property, hosts and area. Unlike other rentals, this one provided nearly everything. Advance comms great, highly responsive throughout stay. As a sign of accommodative hosts, all spices available, many unopened, stocked Keurig and other rare niceties. Kayaks clean and in great shape, and easy access to mangrove preserves from dock in back. Bikes, locks, beach chairs and more provided for use. Flatscreens throughout. All appliances in good working order and accommodations thoroughly clean and modern. Internet speed and reliability also great. Couple minor nits: TV was limited to basic channels. Any apps or even free on demand needed an owners pin. We didn’t really need, but would have been good to be able to sign in to My Netflix or other accounts. And pool alarm was too sensitive so we needed to keep resetting on windy days. But property was awesome, and we walked to beach and restaurants easily. Lido also great for running and biking. We will definitely be back!

We booked this home to celebrate my daughter‘s engagement so we had several members of our family staying there. It turned out to be the perfect home and really made our celebration a vacation to remember. The location is perfect , super close to the beach, the house was fully equipped with everything that we needed and the rooms and pool teally made for some memorable experiences. I would highly recommend this home!

This well-apointed and comfotable house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the canal and the great outdoor space with a pool and jacuzzi. We also appreciated the location of the home. It was just a short walk to Lido Beach, which is quite beautiful, and to the shops and restaurants at St. Armand's Circle. Highly recommend!

Very nice property in a very expensive neighborhood right on the waterway. Wonderful pool. Well supplied kitchen. Easy walk to town or to the beach. Enjoyed using the provided Kayaks. Bikes were available. The property manager was accessible and responsive. The owners are generous to rent such a nice house. We'd definitely consider staying here again!!

This property was Beautiful! I was impressed because we didn't have to buy anything! Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, even laundry soap and pods for dishwasher! We have stayed at many places and that was NEVER the case! Well worth the money!! Thanks again!!

The house was great! Loved the location and it was the perfect size and set-up for our family. The house had great space, indoors and out, and everything you need for a week vacation. Loved the pool and dock. Never been to Lido key, but it’s a great and place, and close to the other keys. Can’t wait to go back. Definitely recommend the house.

My family had a wonderful time in this home that’s perfectly situated close to St Armands and the beach. The kayaks, paddle board, bikes, and beach chairs were a perfect addition. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

The house was fantastic for a group of six. I think you could fit more people in there if they don’t mind splitting the smaller beds or taking the couch. The pool and the access to kayaks on the canal was fantastic, and the house was clean and well appointed with basic needs. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals at home and the location near St. Armand’s is great. Highly recommended.
