Agreeable villa with lanai in the Village des Pins Community (with an outdoor pool!), only a 15 min drive from the #1 beach in the USA: Siesta Key.

This is a nicely furnished 1,353 sqft villa with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and a garage. You will find a small table and 2 chairs as you enter the villa as a small relaxing outdoor area.

★Living Area:
As you enter the villa, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room.
You will enjoy the living area with its tiled floor that brightens the room, and comfortable furniture: white couches, TV, small desk as your working area, side tables... Large windows bring in light.
The brown dining table seats 4 guests.
On your right, you will find a beautiful glass table that seats 4 guests.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The kitchen includes appliances and amenities such as microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher, fridge, dishes....

★Bedrooms:
Bedsheets provided.
The master bedroom is nicely decorated with a cream-colored king-size bed and matching nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a TV. Large sliding doors allow you to access the quiet lanai.
The second bedroom features 2 single beds, TV, and closet.

★Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms feature a toilet, sinks, and showers (no tubs).

★Laundry:
The washer/dryer are located in a built-in cupboard.

★Outdoor Space:
The screened-in outdoor area is perfect for a relaxing moment with its table and 4 chairs and nice view!

★Parking:
The villa comes with a garage.

★Pool:
The Village des Pins Community features an outdoor pool! Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.

Deposit Policy

We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable prior to your arrival and refundable after your departure if there is no damage, keys/fobs/remotes are all returned and check-out instructions are followed.
Payments accepted: cashier's check, credit card (+4% non refundable processing fee or +6% for foreign cards), bank transfer and cash.

Super nice accommodation for me and my family. A nice place when traveling with kids as the area was very quiet and family friendly. We enjoyed going to the pool and go for a walk around the neighborhood to see rabbits and squirrels 🙂

We are frequent visitator's to the Sarasota area. Villages des Pins was centrally located to beach, cultural explorations and shopping. Accommodations were more than adequate. Rooms were spacious. Property manager was pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We look forward to return next year.

Property was immaculate upon entry. Modern furnishings and well stocked kitchen supplies. Overhead fans in living area and bedrooms much appreciated. Just a short walk to the pool. Nice closed in front entrance.

We enjoyed the house and the Village des Pins neighborhood. The house was light and bright. Comfortable sofas. Beautiful large-screen TV. The king sized bed was quite high. Our pool-loving friend said the community pool was the nicest she had experienced. It was enjoyable to have green space around the buildings. The correct wifi info was in the house book. It was handy to have a stoplight at the entrance to the neighborhood. Siesta Key was a short drive away. Use double spin for the washer. The dryer made a racket.

We had a very relaxing vacation in this quiet and peaceful location. It felt safe to walk around the allotment and we enjoyed the birds and other wildlife from the lanai. We would stay here again.

This villa was very quiet and private. The view of the surrounding area from the lanai was especially enjoyable.
It is just a short walk to the pool and to the outdoor grills.
The circle is a great place to get a walk in anytime, day or night. The neighborhood is quiet and has a very safe and friendly feel.
Clara went out of her way to help when called upon.

The property is well kept, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and tennis courts are nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. The place is clean and just as pictures showed. It has everything inside and it’s 15-20mins drive to the beach and groceries and shops are nearby. I love the patio for breakfast. Overall, we are happy with our stay. The check in process was not ideal, she didn’t tell us the codes to the house until the hour of the check in after I asked! And she didn’t let me check in until 3pm even though there’s nobody stayed at the house the day before. I ended up doing grocery and buying a blender and hairdryer before checking in, then realized the house already had both.

La casa realmente impecable, espaciosa y con una vista increible, con todo lo necedario ñara una comoda estadia. Clara fue muy amable y siempre respondio mis consultas. La ubicacion hermosa y dentro de un condominio tranquilo y a 15 minutos en carro de las playas. La casa es mas linda incluso de lo que se ve en las fotos. Miy contenta y satisfecha con nuestra estadia.
