To your left is the first guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, bedside tables, a bedside lamp and a closet.
Next to the bedroom is a modern guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The private and spacious living room has a large couch, coffee table and a smart TV and is also located in that area of the ground floor.
To your immediate right is the staircase leading up to the second and third floor.
On the second floor you will find the two guest bedrooms, a modern guest bathroom and the laundry closet.
The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a smart TV and a bedside table with a lamp, as well as a closet.
The third guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a bedside table with a lamp, as mart TV and a closet.
The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The laundry closet features a full sized washer & dryer.
Going up to the third and top floor is the owners ensuite with the master bedroom, featuring a King-sized bed, a dresser, a smart Tv and a walk-in closet.
The elegant and spacious master bathroom is across the hallway and features two sinks, a vanity space, an elegant bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.
Headed back to the ground floor, to the right of the staircase you will find the open kitchen with Viking appliances, solid wood cabinetry and quartz countertops, along with appliances such as a drip down coffee machine, a blender, toaster, a panini press and a small crockpot and all essential cooking & dining ware.
Next to the kitchen is the dining area that comfortably seats 6.
The sliding doors next to the dining area allow access to the furnished screened patio.
From there on you can open the screened door to walk down to the pool area which has a heated spillover pool and overlooks a fresh water lake.
The garage has space for two cars and there is space for one car in the driveway.
Siesta Key Village is a 3 min drive, Siesta Key public beach is a 7 min drive, and Downtown Sarasota is just a 15 min drive away!

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
