It is spread across 2,000 sq ft and has beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico’s crystal-blue waters.
Upon entering you have an open-floorplan gourmet quartz kitchen, featuring Thermador appliances, high end cabinetry, large windows with retractable motorized shades, a spacious kitchen island with bar stools, a separate dinning banquette that comfortably seats 6, along with all the cooking and dining utensils needed and a Keurig coffee machine with it’s own water line.
To your right is a hallway that leads you past the generously sized pantry to both bedrooms; the first guest bedroom to your left features large windows with retractable motorized shades, a King sized bed with bedside tables & lamps, an ottoman bench, a dresser, a petite walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The master bedroom also features large windows with retractable motorized shades, a King sized bed with bedside tables & lamps as a media wall with a smart TV, an electric fireplace (for visual pleasure) and storage.
Attached is an en-suite bathroom that features a walk-in closet, a generous two-sink countertop and a walk-in shower.
Back to the entrance, to the left you will find a cabinet with a beverage center.
The third bedroom got redesigned into a spacious office featuring glass sliding doors, large windows with retractable motorized shades, a desk with an office chair, a couch, coffee table and a smart tv. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the laundry machines are located in that area as well.
The living room has retractable motorized shades, generous seating options and gorgeous views of the ocean, as well as a smart tv and access to the ocean front balcony. The outdoors has a couch and two single chairs.
On the 12th floor there is a storage unit with beach chairs & beach accessories.
On the ground floor of the building there is an outdoor communal heated pool with a BBQ grill, as well as a small dock to fish. The gym is currently being renovated.
This condo is not appropriate for families with young children, owner approval would be necessary.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
