This elegant home has over 4,000 sqft of living space and was recently impeccably refurnished, featuring a private gym, an entertainment room, and a pool.
It has a luminous and spacious floorplan and can accommodate up to 10 people with it’s 5 bedrooms (three king sized beds and two queen sized beds).
As you enter the home, you have a split staircase to either goes down to the ground floor, or up to the first floor.
Walking up the stairs, you enter the large living and dining area and notice the many windows and sliding doors, allowing access to the back patio with a view of the pool as well as the incredible Sarasota-Bay view and an unobstructed stunning view of the Ringling Bridge, which is colorfully illuminated at night.
The living room has a large comfortable couch, with two coffee tables and a 85 inch smart Tv with sound system.
The dining table can comfortably seat 8-10 people.
To your left is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dish washer, coffee machine & Nespresso machine, cookware and eating utensils.
There is also a separate family room featuring a round table that comfortably seats four, and has access to the front patio.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor, has a smart Tv, an en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower as well as a generous walk-in closet.
Three of the guest bedrooms are located on the same floor, all rooms have generously sized windows that allow for a lot of light to enter, as well as to enjoy the view.
The second bathroom is located in a hallway between two guest bedrooms and features a large shower.
There is also a small stacking washer & dryer in that same hallway.
On the ground floor, you will find the fifth bedroom and the third bathroom, that has a shower, as well as a private gym, an entertainment room with a ping-pong table, a pool table, a dart board, corn hole and a L shaped couch and smart Tv.
There is also full-sized laundry room, with a washer & dryer, a laundry sink, and a large fridge, from which you can access the two-car garage from.
From the ground floor you have easy access to the pool, which is just a few feet from the water and is surrounded by plenty of space to lounge, for entertaining or to enjoy the sunset. The outdoor space consists of a 100 ft seawall.
The closest beach is a 15 min drive (Bradenton/Coquina beach).
There is also Lido beach (25 min) or Siesta beach (35 min).
Your home is conveniently located near IMG Academy in just a 5 min drive, The Ringling is a 13 min drive, Van Wezel is a 20 min drive, Downtown Sarasota and Marina Jacks are 25 min drive away, Anna Maria Island is a 20 min drive, Longboat Key and Lido Key are a 25-30 min drive. Downtown Bradenton and the Manatee River are just 20 min away.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

First of all, this house is on the bay and does not have a beach or beach access. The closest beach is 15-30 minutes away. It has a pretty view but oceanfront is a bit misleading if a description.
When we arrived to the house, the pool was growing green algae and the water level was extremely low. The management company told us to simply turn the filter on and assured us it was safe to swim in. Upon checking the filter, we noticed it was entirely black with mold and smelled rancid. It was clear the pool has not been checked on in many days (if not weeks). And given the house isn’t near the beach, we essentially had no where to swim for 2 entire days. We ended up servicing the pool ourselves and found it had 0 chlorine in it. It had to be shocked with chemicals. Had we swam in the pool with the instructions the management company gave us, we would’ve gotten sick. They did their best to make it right.
The house itself has a nice layout and was clean.

Was a beautiful spot for our family reunion celebration. With the late 20 and early 30's young men, there was so much to do right at the home. Pool table, ping pong, darts, corn hole, kayaks. Grill for cooking and the pool, fire pit, with the fire wood and starter! The large outdoor table and chairs by the pool were great. We loved it all! Will tell others about this rental. Clean, all supplies for showering and cleaning up!
