As you enter through the double doors, you are welcomed by classy décor and a luminous seating room with a fireplace.
Continuing into the open floorplan, you notice the beautiful wooden flooring and see the elegant dining table, that can generously seat 6-8 people.
To your right is the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. It features a beautiful stove & oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge and all other necessities.
Straight on is the living room, with a very spacious seating arrangement, fireplace and flat screen smart TV.
Further on, there is the laundry room with a sink, washer and dryer.
In the center of the home beneath the staircase, you will find a beautiful wine storage.
The upstairs master bedroom has King sized bed and an en-suite master bathroom with a large bath tub and a walk-in shower. You will appreciate the very spacious walk-in closet, the access to the outside balcony and a private den with a desk.
Two of the guest rooms on the ground floor have queen sized beds and one of them has an en-suite bathroom and a desk.
The third ground floor guest room has two twin beds.
The third bathroom on the ground floor features a shower and has an access door to the outdoor pool area.
By the living room, two doors lead you outside to the outdoor kitchen and fenced pool area, with multiple seating options, a dining table, a grill, a sink, fridge, breakfast bar, Tv, a covered hot tub and of course the private pool (not heated).
The front yard landscaping is green and welcoming, and there is generous parking space as well as a two car garage.

You are close to everything your heart desires, from local historic neighborhood walks, the Mary Selby Botanical Gardens, to fine dining, quality shopping, sunny beaches, a vibrant Downtown, green parks, and the Marina to enjoy the sunset from.
10 min drive to downtown Sarasota, 15 min drive to Lido Key, 10 min drive to Siesta Key, and just a 10 min walk to Southside Village (restaurants, shopping, Morton's gourmet market).

We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.

It all worked out perfectly, the house was in a great location, very clean, nice house, great garden and outdoor kitchen, perfect process and service! We had a wonderful time!
This property is located on a beautifully landscaped corner lot in a well maintained upscale neighborhood of Sarasota. The neighborhood is between Siesta Key Drive and the Ringling Causeway; both downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach are a short bike ride away. Within walking distance is Southside Village with Morton’s Market and several nice restaurants. Ed Smith Stadium, spring training home of the Baltimore Orioles is just 15 min away. We did not experience traffic backups like we have in the past on Siesta Key. The minute we drove up to the property we knew we had made a good choice. Upon entering the house, we were stuck by the wide open floor plan which is adequately but somewhat sparsely furnished in a contemporary beach house style. The kitchen is small for the size of the home but boasts granite countertops, a six burner Thermidor gas range and oven, and a large Sub Zero refrigerator. We cooked in the property 7 of the 8 nights we stayed here: the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated. A walk upstairs reveals an amazing master bedroom and bathroom space. The bath has a double sink vanity, large soaking tub (which our grand daughters enjoyed) and spacious walk in shower. However the true value of this property lies just steps out of the French doors of the family room. First you enter a covered area with dining table and outdoor kitchen with gas grill, below the counter refrigerator and sink. There is a TV in this area. We ate all of our meals in this area. Beyond that is a large 8 person hot tub which felt great as the temperature dropped each evening. The hot tub is covered so could be enjoyed on a rainy day. Finally you notice a well maintained large pool with lovely landscaping around it which provides complete privacy of this outdoor pace. Please note the pool is not heated but we were able to swim some. There is a gas fire pit table that was much appreciated on cool nights and mornings. The hosts were very accommodating prior to our arrival. They purchased 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 kid sized camping chairs and some sand toys upon my request. There were a few things that I pointed out to the Management company that need to be addressed. I have every reason to believe these will be fixed soon and certainly by the time we return next spring.

This is an exquisite location. Close to downtown and walkable to a sweet area with a fantastic market, delish restaurants, boutiques and a salon. It is an all around gorgeous location full of tropical gardens that will make you go ohhhh and ahhh. You won’t have beach access because unfortunately, Sarasota sold off the beaches to the home owners. Boooooo Sarasota for hoarding the beach for a privileged few. If you have a bike helmet and a bike or want to go for a short drive, Siesta Key is close by. The beaches there are welcoming to the public and they are stunning beaches. If you are super sensitive to sound and have the kind of hearing aids that pick up noise you may be bothered by the street noise from the upstairs ginormous bedroom. The downstairs rooms are quieter. Or you can take out your hearing aids and ignore this noisy world. It’s all manageable. The owners are fantastic and I felt safe being there. They were super responsive and all around fantastic people.
