This is a comfortable townhouse of 1,652 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms where you will feel right at home.
** This house requires an HOA application and approval, at least 30 days before desired check-in date. HOA fee is $100 per adult or per married couple, NOT included in rental fee The fee amount is subject to change**
The entrance door will lead you right into the living room with its 2 comfortable couches, TV and windows that bring in the light. You will like the charming decoration and cosy furniture.
The dining area includes a table with 4 chairs, perfect for your meals or as a work desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker. The separate laundry room includes washer/dryer.
The stairs will take you to the 2nd floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, night stands, a large window, carpeted floors, and a large dressing.
The master ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a toilet.
The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds that can be put together (contact us), a large window and a chest of drawers. The 3rd bedroom features a convertible couch and a desk includes a bunk bed with a printer.
The 2nd bathroom includes a tub, sink and toilet.
The garage is located at the backside of the house, where you can park one car and find beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, 1 bike. You can park a 2nd car on the driveway, in front of the garage.
More parking is available on the street, on the front side of the house.
This house is at the perfect location: the San Michele community is centrally located to fully enjoy what Sarasota has to offer:
Downtown Sarasota: 10 min drive, Nathan Benderson Park 20 min drive, UTC Mall 15 min drive, Lido Key (20 min) or Siesta Key (25 min)
The community features a heated communal pool, BBQ grills, and tennis courts that you can enjoy during your stay.
House rules:

AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F
Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running.**
About SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of the policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue.
The homeowner suffers from severe allergies and uses this home as the primary living space when not hosting guests.
As such, if you travel with a service animal, we respectfully request not to reserve this home as we need to guarantee the health of our homeowners.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Very comfortable house with peaceful surroundings. House was a nice size & very quiet. Kitchen was adequately equipped but could do with better quality updated pots & pans & coffee maker was adequate & could be replaced. I suggested that the pillows should be replaced & Clara ordered them & had them delivered promptly.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely quiet neighborhood & would definitely recommend it.

I recommendation! Very quiet amd safety area and friendly neighbors. UTC Mall and Sarasota/Bradenton Airport are 10 minutes away. 20 minutes to the amazing beaches of Siesta Key. I felt at home. Nice and tastefully decorated interior. I would like to come back here.
