It features 1 bedroom, 1 den (a bedroom without a window), 1.5 bathroom, kitchen, and cozy living room with large sliding doors to the terrace. On the third floor of the brand new luxury residence (with an elevator).
Enter this charming condo and on the right hand side is your bedroom. it includes a king size bed with a lovely decoration in tones of blue, a window, 2 nightstands and a TV.
The ensuite master bathroom features a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. There's a closet with your washer/dryer, and a large dressing room offering plenty of space for your belongings.
From the condo's hallway, you can access the half bathroom with a toilet and sink, and the den which includes a trundle bed (2 twin size beds) and a night stand.
Next you will find the very luminous living room and kitchen. Large sliding windows let the light in and you can enjoy the beautiful view on the water and the bay to your left with the beautiful sunset!
It features a large grey sofa, a coffee table, lamps, and a TV. You will like the charming decoration and how cozy it feels! The open-plan kitchen is featuring brand new appliances and granite counter tops.
Amenities include a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, and everything you may need to cook.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Very pleasant & comfortable space. The photos & representation of the property were very accurate. Nice, new kitchen appliances & multiple coffee prep options. Water view from balcony was lovely (despite the red tide causing dead fish to occasionally float into the canal). Nice to have covered garage space available. Clara was very responsive & directions for access were clear. Our door code failed to work on our last evening there & Clara was able to re-set immediately while we were on the phone with her. She also was able to convince the owner that having a cabinet contractor come into the property for an entire day of work during our stay, was not a great idea. My only constructive suggestions for the condo would be that new bed linens & bath mats would be a good addition. All were clean, but tired.
Better quality toilet paper would be nice, also ; )
We enjoyed our stay at 304A and would not hesitate to return!

Although hurricane Ian cut the visit short, the property was amazing and immaculate! The manager was extremely helpful during the evacuation process. The location was excellent right near downtown Sarasota and the condo was absolutely beautiful!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Quite simply, it was the best Airbnb experience that I’ve ever had.
The unit is precisely as advertised, and possibly even better. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy Sarasota. The view out of the living room windows at sunset… my goodness.
Last but hardly least: Clara was a phenomenal host, communicative and compassionate throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this listing enough.
