You will feel right at home in this charming house! The living room is cozy with its comfortable couch, wooden floor, large TV and large french windows that bring in the light.
The dining room features a dining table with 6 chairs, perfect for your meals or as a work desk. The screened lanai will have outdoor furniture, and is perfect to enjoy the Floridian weather.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There's a small kitchen table with 4 chairs.
The separate laundry room includes washer/Dryer.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, night stands, a large window, wooden floors, a dressing and access to the lanai through sliding doors.
The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a toilet.
The 2nd bedroom includes a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd bathroom includes a tub, sink and toilet.
There is a garage but it is reserved for the owners. You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway in front of the garage (do not park on the street).
This rental requires a signed rental agreement per HOA.
This house is at the perfect location: the Deer Hollow community is centrally located to fully enjoy what Sarasota has to offer:
Downtown Sarasota: 15 min drive, Nathan Benderson Park 5 min drive (or 10 min bike), UTC Mall 8 min drive, Lido Key (25 min) or Siesta Key (30 min)

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable prior to your arrival and refundable after your departure if there is no damage, keys/fobs/remotes are all returned and check-out instructions are followed.
Payments accepted: cashier's check, credit card (+4% non refundable processing fee), bank transfer and cash.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.
Bookings are subject to the approval by Orquera Florida Investments. We require a successful guest verification via an official ID and selfie check, and we may require a background check at the additional cost of $75.
