The dining room features a dining table with 6 chairs, perfect for your meals or as a work desk. The screened lanai will have outdoor furniture, and is perfect to enjoy the Floridian weather.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There's a small kitchen table with 4 chairs.
The separate laundry room includes washer/Dryer.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, night stands, a large window, wooden floors, a dressing and access to the lanai through sliding doors.
The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a toilet.
The 2nd bedroom includes a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd bathroom includes a tub, sink and toilet.
There is a garage but it is reserved for the owners.You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway in front of the garage (do not park on the street).

Downtown Sarasota: 15 min drive, Nathan Benderson Park 5 min drive (or 10 min bike), UTC Mall 8 min drive, Lido Key (25 min) or Siesta Key (30 min)

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
