This comfortable house of 1,370 sq ft, offers a large outdoor area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, it's perfect for a family or group of friends of 6 guests. Pets are accepted! (small fenced yard on the side of the house)
The living room is cozy with its comfortable 2 gray couches, coffee table, colored carpet, floor tile, large and smart TV, large sliding windows that bring in the light. You will enjoy its pleasant feel. The dining area features a dining table with 6 chairs, perfect for your meals or as a work desk. The screened lanai features a coffee table and couch, and is perfect to enjoy nature and watch the Legacy trail.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster. There's an kitchen island with 2 high chairs. Laundry room includes washer/dryer
The master bedroom features a very nice king size bed, wooden floors, night stands, and a large window. The en-suite master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen size bed, and the 3rd one 2 twin beds. The 2nd bathroom features a tub, sink and toilet.
Parking is available for 2 cars under the carport. (do not park on the street). 4 bikes are available for use.
Novus street is quiet and residential with wildlife and vegetation. You can enjoy the large yard in front of the house, and the small one in the back.
The newly renovated Legacy Trail passes behind the house where you can enjoy long strolls, bike rides, all the way to historic Venice! It's among the top 10 Florida Bike trails!
This house is at the perfect location: 8 min drive from downtown Sarasota (or 12 min bike ride), 20 min drive to St Armands Cir, Lido Beach, and Siesta Key with it's #1 beach in USA. You can fully enjoy what Sarasota has to offer, it's the perfect house for a great vacation!

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Clara is an excellent host. She responds almost immediately and is very helpful. The house is darling inside and it has updated decor. We LOVED having our dog with us; thank you for allowing dogs! We would have liked some better quality knives, new saucepan and a plastic cutting board in the kitchen. There is a good coffee pot and the kitchen appliances are great, especially the frig, dishwasher and washer/dryer. They supply the sugar and creamers.
We love the location close to downtown. The neighborhood felt safe but there are some houses in disrepair and cars parked on lawns. It is wonderful having the Legacy Trail behind the house if you want to bike or walk you dog.
