The “Jewel of Sarasota” ST. ARMANDS KEY— Coral Cottage is ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. It has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, screened lanai, garage and backyard on ST. ARMANDS CIRCLE.
Location! Location! Location! A 10-minute walk takes you to gorgeous Lido Key Beach on the Gulf of Mexico with its inviting warm waters, white sand beach and beautiful sunsets.
This charming cottage (945 sq ft) is located 2-1/2 blocks from famous St. Armands Circle with its diverse restaurants, bars, local artisans and gift shops, exclusive boutiques and fun events! Enjoy nightlife on the “Circle” while being entertained by local musicians and dining alfresco.
Inside Coral Cottage, you will enjoy a cozy living room with new 43” smart TV. WiFi Internet service is 500Mbps and easily supports multiple people working remote. Cook at home or walk to one of the many tasty restaurants on the Circle. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard accoutrements, microwave, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig.
Master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with ensuite bathroom--tub/shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom--shower, sink and toilet. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The garage accommodates one mid-sized car. For your use is a washer/dryer, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach bag, ice chest, 2 bikes, and propane BBQ.
Lido Key is home to The Mote Aquarium. See sharks, manatees, sea turtles and a host of other species of marine life. Kayaking around the Lido Key mangroves is also a popular adventure.
Downtown Sarasota is a 7 min. drive (or 45 min. walk over the bridge) with more restaurants, bars, stores, rooftops, theaters, opera and the beautiful Selby Gardens.
Coral Cottage is the perfect choice for a small family or two couples who want to enjoy the Floridian lifestyle and be in walking distance to the beach and St. Armands Circle.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
