This stunning & vast home on Canal w/ heated pool & dock is 3,496 sq ft with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Located Avenida de Mayo on the famous Siesta Key, it offers a unique experience with its large outdoor area, pool, canal access and refined furnishing!
This house has 3 levels: the ground floor with a garage, and game room. 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3rd floor with the living room, kitchen, 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom. All floors can be accessed by the elevator.
As you enter this amazing house on the 1st floor, you will find a game room with a cream beige couch. The outdoor area is amazing with its screened-in patio featuring a bar, tables and chairs. The double garage cannot be used for parking as it includes bikes and kayaks that you can use!
On your left you will find the stairs to access the 2nd Floor. The beautiful master bedroom features a California king size bed, a couch that can sleep an adult or two children, a TV, 2 nightstands, a bar with a small fridge and a coffee maker. There's also an office that you can use. Large windows, wooden floors and 2 extra armchairs will make you feel at home.
The master bathroom is beautiful with its sand colored tile, and includes a shower, sinks, large tub and a toilet.
The 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed.
The 3rd bedroom features bunk beds with full size on top and queen size on the bottom, all are extra long for your comfort.
You will find the second bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet & the laundry room with washer and dryer.
The 3rd and top floor is the main living area. The living room has 2 comfortable couches and 2 leather armchairs. All guests can comfortably sit, while enjoying the refined and peaceful decoration in beige colors, a beautiful carpet and paintings. It's luminous with many windows, equipped with blinds and curtains to protect from the Floridian sun. Other furniture includes a coffee table and a TV. You can access the nice and shaded balcony from French doors, where you can relax and enjoy the view from the outdoor furniture.
The open plan kitchen is charming with colors of white and cream. It is equipped with everything you need to cook meals for family and friends: microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, and the bar overlooking a very nice wooden dining table for 10.
The 4th bedrooms is located on this floor as well. It features a king size bed and bunk beds (2 twin beds XL). The 3rd bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
You will love the outdoor area of this unique property! it's a nice patio with a lot of outdoor furniture. tables, chairs, lounge chairs... There's a fountain and luxurious vegetation to enjoy the Floridian lifestyle at its fullest! The heated pool will be waiting for you on a warm day. The dock is available to use and can fit a boat up to 30'.
You can park up to 4 cars: 2 on the left side of the house and 2 in the driveway.
You can enjoy during your stay: 2 kayaks (one single and one double),1 beach wagon,1 cooler with wheels, 4 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes and one tricycle with a basket (perfect for grocery shopping at Morton's down the street).
Siesta Key is one of the best places in Sarasota for a vacation. Siesta Key Beach was voted #1 Beach in the USA, and is only a 10 min walk from the house!
Siesta Key "village" is at a 5 min walk with many restaurants, bars, clubs, stores, ice creams... Everything you could need during your stay.
Many water activities are available as well!
Downtown Sarasota is a 20 min drive with more restaurants, stores, bars, an opera house, a theater, movie theater and more.
You can then access more islands such as Lido Key, St Armands Cir (with its famous restaurants, stores, bars and more), Longboat Key...
Other places to see in Sarasota and surrounding areas include the Selby Gardens, the Ringling Museum, the UTC mall, Myakka State River Park...

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
