Great condo in the Meadows, Longwater Chase Community, on the 2nd floor (no elevator), 1 parking spot included.
This is a nicely furnished 676 sqft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, on the golf, with a great view on the course and a lake.
As you enter the condo to the left, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the living room and sun room. The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, stove, dishes.
The living room features a blue couch, side tables, and ottomans. The glass dining table comfortably seats 4 guests. You will enjoy the carpeted floor that brightens the room.
The air conditioned sun room is the best feature! you can watch the golf course and it's relaxing lake and birds, and seat at the table to enjoy a cup of coffee. There's even a small desk and another TV to fully enjoy the room.
Open the sliding doors and bring in the fresh air of the golf.
To the right of the condo, you will find a nicely decorated bedroom with a third TV, a queen-size bed and a closet with an iron and his board, vacuum cleaner, hangers and shoes storage. You have 2 large windows with shutters.
The bathroom is across from the bedroom and includes a toilet and a shower/tub combination with a curtain.
The washer and dryer are located in the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom in a built-in cupboard.
The longwater chase community offers 2 communal pools.. Very nice trails for hiking and biking inside the Meadows Community.
Great location as well: 10 min from UTC mall, 25 min from the famous Lido Beach or 30 from Siesta Key, 15 min from downtown Sarasota.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Clara is a rock star! She was very responsive to our needs and I look forward to working with her again. That said it is important to note that Clara is the property manager. I feel that the owners Clara represents should perform some updates in the unit. One of the things that I couldn't appreciate from the pictures was how steep the stairs were into the second story apartment. I have bad knees and the stars presented a problem. The location was excellent and there was plenty of room for my husband and I to set up work space as there were two desks in the front screened in area. All in all it was a very positive experience in spite of the dated decor.

The condo was perfect for two people. I was in town for work and it had everything you could expect for 3 months with included amenities. It has great people nearby and is quiet. Good for a getaway, vacation or business trip. Good communication throughout the entire reservation from check in to check out by Clara

Clara was a wonderful host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Meadows condo in Sarasota and would stay there again. Super peaceful location with a beautiful view of the golf course. I ended up extended my stay I enjoyed it so much. Clara always texted back promptly and answered all questions within my stay. Very easy self check-in and self check-out.
