The unit is located in the Meadows Condominium Association with a outdoor communal pool and amenities perfectly located close to downtown. You will have the opportunity to enjoy your stay with all the excellent sport, dining and social activities.
This is a charming and luminous condo of 460 sq. ft. fully furnished and equipped with great taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a terrace, equipped kitchen with a bar and cozy living room with a convertible sofa. You can easily park your car in front of the building.
On the first floor of the residence, you enter the condo into the very luminous living room with large windows and an access to the patio and the garden. It features one large white couch, a coffee table, lamps, and a TV. You will like the charming decoration and how cozy it feels! The convertible sofa is for 1 person to be used temporarily only and not for a long term stay.
The open kitchen has been rebuilt with a new full kitchen featuring stainless appliances and granite counter tops. It is equipped with all amenities. The brand-new kitchen features a full electric stove and little oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, and glassware.
The bedroom features a king size bed (2 twin size beds together) with a lovely decoration in tones of blue, a dressing room, a large window and 2 nightstands. You then have access to the bathroom that includes a tub, toilet, sink and mirrors.
You can find a washer and dryer in the building next to the unit. You will need quarters to them.
One parking space included.
The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the average year-round temperature of 73 degrees. With its table and chairs for 2, it will be perfect for family and friends.
This unit is fully furnished with high end furniture Original artwork. The high-style look will win you over. This compact jewel is really a showplace.

Additional info: This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires 7 to 10 days prior to arrival. The application fee of $100 is at the charge of the tenant. $100 for a married couple, or $100 per guest.
The common areas of the private residence features ice maker, laundry (the building next to the unit, quarters needed for washing/drying) and an outdoor communal swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.
Deposit Policy
We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

This is a lovely location. The accommodations are serviceable. The unit is tiny and without a dehumidifier in the ac, tends to be very damp. The property manager and owner were wonderfully responsive and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable.

Excellent accomodations; however, there was no washer and dryer in the condo itself. The shared private laundry room onsite was located near the condo. You will need quarters to do your laundry.

Enjoyed a month in Sarasota using this small, but adequate condominium located in "The Meadows" development in Sarasota, FL. Biking and Walking trails throughout. Ponds with native birds and turtles. Shopping and Dining establishments within 2 miles. Great place to stay while exploring the Sarasota, Bradenton, Fort Meyers area of the Gulf Coast of Florida.
"We enjoyed our stay!"
The Meadows is a beautiful area with many trails for walking or biking even bird watching. The condo needs TLC though which we have addressed personally with the owners/keepers. But in general we enjoyed our stay since there were many "snowbirds" in and around enjoying their yearly company and the swimming pool in the courtyard.

Very nice unit in a quiet, safe area. Very close to great shopping and recreation areas.

The place was nice and just what we needed. The pool being right by us was also nice for our son. The only thing I recommend is a more comfortable couch and bed. They did have a very comfortable cot for our son to sleep on. Location wasn’t bad, easy to get to everything and it is by a lot of restaurant options. Also a very pretty, quiet area and was really relaxing.
