Happy French retired permanently installed in Sarasota for a few months, we called on Greg to acquire it our primary residence.
Without hesitation, we also asked him to take care of finding us a good rental investment to diversify our revenue by ensuring local resources in dollars.
On 30 March, our LLC (US equivalent of a SCI) owned a nice house in a beautiful American town very well equipped (pools, restaurant, gym, etc …) with reasonable costs.
